Return policy:

* return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel;
* a prerequisite for the exchange or return of goods are: no traces of use, the presence of a branded label, integrity of packaging and assembly, presentation, presence of a factory sales receipt.

* Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer

* Bed linen is not subject to return in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Attention! If the items you send are non-refundable, we will not be able to refund you for the returned items and will have to send them back to you.

If you receive a defective or incomplete item, please also return it in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Order of return of goods:
1. Write to us in Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber at +380 99 344 55 74 a message with the text: “Return your order number” (it is indicated in the sales receipt, example number 1001234)

2. We process such messages first of all!

3. The manager will contact you

4. Send the goods and sales receipt to the address indicated by the manager, cash on delivery (the amount of cash on delivery will be reported by the manager) at the Buyer’s expense.

5. Our courier will inspect the goods upon receipt, if the goods comply with the return rules, we pick up the parcel and the next day you pick up the money at the “Novaya poshta” office. If the product does not comply with the return policy, the parcel is returned to the Sender.
